Building Cost of Dimensional Depots always shown for "Everything"

So, I created Starter Base outpost:

It has only 8 Depots. It should use only 8 Mercer Spheres and 88 SAM Fluctuator in the Building cost, when selected “Current Outpost“, but in reallity it ALWAYS show cost of ALL depots from ALL outposts/”Everything”, regarding at “Current/Selected“ option.
