Cannot export alumina solution from an outpost?

Having created an aluminium factory, I would like to export excess alumina solution for use in another outpost.

No issues within the outpost, and I can export the solid materials, but trying to export the alumina solution causes it to set the exported output to 0.

Perhaps a bug?
