Delete the sink attached to the polymer resin to reproduce the bug.

This causes both machines using heavy oil residue to consume 160/min each when the machine producing it can only produce 160/min total.

    This should be fixed in 1.9.3

    Thank you. I am aware of this bug but I only have one other example of it so far. This is near the top of the TODO list.
